Theory of operation:
The refrigerant compressor cools a heat exchanger plate. A temperature controller monitors the coolant water temperature and controls the refrigerant circuit. The coolant water circuit is designed for use with de-ionised water. The pump, selected to suit the application, pumps the coolant water to the load (e. g. laser). The fine filter on the chiller output side and the flow sensor on the return line ensure trouble-free operation within the cooling water circuit. The heat is expelled from the chiller via a fan or transferred to an existing water supply via a heat exchanger.
