Depending on the function, the water filters should be changed periodically, and if applicable, the DI cartridge.

The life-time of rotating components is limited. The pump is especially subject to wear and should be cyclically replaced.

Requests for spare parts or parts subject to wear can be either phoned to us or send an email to info@termotek-ag.com or use our contact form.

Please don't forget to indicate the serial number as well as the part number of the chiller and – if available – the part number of the desired spare part.
